Activation and benefits
Free packages activate after the zero-value invoice is completed. Paid package benefits activate only after Kazi Bay confirms full payment.
Prices, offers and renewals
Promotional pricing and discounts apply only as shown on the invoice. Future renewals use the price presented and accepted for that renewal invoice.
Verification benefits
A verification review or badge eligibility does not guarantee approval. Kazi Bay awards verification only after the required checks are completed successfully.
Package changes and expiry
Users may upgrade or renew through a new invoice. Expired packages may enter a limited grace period before free-package rules are restored.
Payment processing
Payment providers may apply their own terms. Kazi Bay records payment status and activates package benefits only after provider confirmation.
